It consists of Ground-based Flare Seeding Generator, ignition controller with controlling software, solar power system etc. The ground seeding device is outdoor fixed equipment, which is used together with YD series Ground-based Flare. The Ground-based Flares are installed in the ground seeding device in advance. Remote control and date acquisition can be realized by GSM and GPRS communication module. The system is mainly to provide solutions to weather modification operations in those regions with inconvenient transportation.
